Government & Commercial Contracting

Payor agreements with Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, and commercial carriers, read with a lien on the line items.

A payor contract is a document the carrier wrote, governed by a fee schedule the carrier maintains, interpreted by adjusters trained on the carrier's policies. The provider signs it. We make sure the provider knows what was signed, and where the leverage is when something goes sideways.

Drafting and negotiation

We draft and negotiate payor agreements across Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, Florida Medicaid managed care plans, and commercial carriers. Negotiation focuses on the terms that determine money in the door: fee schedule references, timely-filing deadlines, audit and recoupment provisions, prompt-pay obligations, and termination rights.

Review of existing contracts

For practices with contracts already in place, we conduct full reviews against the current claims experience, flagging the provisions actively costing the practice money and the ones likely to cost it money in the next eighteen months.

Disputes and renegotiations

When the relationship breaks, pattern denials, fee-schedule disputes, recoupment campaigns, we represent the provider through both the contractual and regulatory paths to resolution.
