The various professional boards in Florida are charged with ensuring the providers meet the standards set forth by the legislature, the Department of Health, and the Agency for Healthcare Administration. The boards investigate all complaints filed against a provider. Board Investigations are intimidating because they may negatively impact your license causing significant damage.
